YOUR JOB AT SILBERSEE

Design, maintain, and develop outdoor facilities

At the Silbersee Resort in Celle, you will work at a modern camping and holiday resort with pitches, Tiny Houses, green areas, paths, and lounge areas. You won't just maintain existing areas, but will actively help develop the outdoor space – practically, structurally, and with a long-term perspective.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Green spaces, paths, and outdoor areas under control

Greenery Maintenance & Planting

Maintenance and further development of green and outdoor areas

Lawn, hedge, and shrub cutting

Implementation of sustainable planting concepts

Drainage works

Planting and maintenance work on the grounds

Organization and execution of winter services

Construction & Outdoor Facilities

Construction of terrace systems made of wood and paving

Path and square construction

Creation of edgings, curbs, and edge reinforcements

Structuring of pitches

Installation of privacy solutions and smaller outdoor structures

Infrastructure & Quality

Participation in earthworks and preparatory civil engineering work

Operation, maintenance, and care of modern machinery and equipment

Support with piping and drainage work

Ongoing maintenance and quality control of the areas

Laying of empty conduits and infrastructure measures

Support on the way to the Master Craftsman qualification in landscaping

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Practical expertise, quality, and clear communication

Completed training in landscaping or comparable practical experience

Proven experience in terrace and path construction

Knowledge of pipeline construction or civil engineering is explicitly desired

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

High quality standards and sense of responsibility

Resilience and willingness to perform

Teamwork and clear communication

Desire to grow together with the company

Class B driver's license is mandatory

Class C, CE, or BE driver's license is an advantage
